Return and Refund Policy
We strive to provide high-quality products made to your specifications. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Below is our return and refund policy to ensure clarity and transparency:

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your product arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, you may request a return or replacement. All claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. Should you notice any issues, please contact us immediately to resolve the matter.

Lost in Transit:
If your package is lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of any errors or issues determined to be on our part.

Non-Returnable Items:
Due to the nature of custom-made products, we do not accept returns for issues such as size, color, or design preferences. As all products are made-to-order, exchanges or returns for these reasons are not possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address:
If the shipping address provided is incorrect or insufficient, the package may be returned. In this case, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs once the correct address is confirmed.

Unclaimed Shipments:
Shipments that are unclaimed will be returned, and the customer will be liable for the cost of reshipping the item. If not claimed within 30 days, the item will be donated to charity.

Hygiene and Health Products:
Certain products, such as face masks, cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed. These items are non-refundable and non-shippable.

Return Procedure:
If you need to return a product due to damage or other valid issues, please contact us before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review our sizing guide carefully before placing your order.
